Kang & Associates is offering clients access to online information sharing through the ProSystem fx® Portal, a new secure file exchange system.

The ProSystem fx® Portal

The ProSystem fx® Portal permits Kang & Associates and firm clients to exchange documents and information securely over the internet.

Clients provided access to the portal will receive confirming emails from Kang & Associates with this portal login link, as well as a temporary password, which can be entered into the initial login prompt using their computer's copy and paste function.

Clients will have to reset their password during the first login. (New passwords must have four elements: capital and lowercase letters, a number and at least one special character, such as the @ or # sign.)

(ProSystem fx® Portal compatibility note: To take full advantage of all the features of the ProSystem fx® Portal, users will be prompted during the initial login process to install the Silverlight plug-in from Microsoft. Silverlight runs on most current versions of Windows and Internet Explorer versions 7 and 8, as well as Firefox 3 or greater, but with very limited compatibility to some computers with IE 6. For Mac users, the plugin is only compatible with Intel-based Macs running Mac OS X 10.4.11 or newer and Safari 3 and Firefox 3. However, Windows and Mac users with possible computer compatibility issues can use a simplified version of ProSystem fx® Portal with this link.)
